Lavera
Lavera (Laverana GmbH) was founded in 1987 by Thomas Haase (12 years after he made his first lip balm for his own personal use).
They are based in Germany on the outskirts of the beautiful Deister Mountains.
Lavera is actually a brand name and the Latin translation means ‘the truth’. Lavera products mainly use certified organic raw plant materials and their products are 100% free from synthetic perfumes, colorants and preservatives.
Lavera is a member of BDIH and is totally against animal testing and makes every effort to avoid raw materials which have been tested on animals. Most of Lavera’s products are suitable for vegetarians or vegetarians and vegans.
