USDA stands for ‘The United States Department of Agriculture’. They evaluate and regulate makeup products claiming to be organic, but not products claiming to be natural.
If the label says ‘Certified Organic’, you can be confident that at least 95% of the ingredients are organic.
If the label says ‘made with Organic ingredients’ at least 70% of the ingredients are organic.
